The NBHA Board of Trustees will be holding a special meeting on Monday, April29, 2024 at 5:ooPM via Zoom. The meeting agenda can be found below.

The 2024 pool passes are available for pick up at the NBHA office. There is a $30 per property address administraive fee to obtain passes and you must be current on your annual assessment. Additionally, we will need an updated 2024 liability waiver on file.

Our office hours are Monday-Thursday from 9am-4pm. You are welcome to stop by during office hours to drop off/fill out your waiver, make your payment, and collect your pass.

Alternatively, if you cannot make it during office hours, you are welcome to fill out the Pool Pass Delivery Request form to coordinate a pass drop off at your residence.

The April monthly board meeting will take place on Thursday, April 18, 2024 at 6pm. 

The meeting will be held in the café conference room at 1322 Space Park Dr., Nassau Bay, TX 77058.

As required in the by-laws of the Nassau Bay Homes Association, Inc. (NBHA), the annual election for the Board of Trustees will be held on Saturday, May 4, 2024 from 7am-7pm at the NBHA office (1322 Space Park Dr. Ste. C-121, Nassau Bay, TX 77058).

Early voting will take place starting Monday, April 29th- Thursday, May 2nd from 9am to 4pm at the NBHA office.

Any member who desires to become a candidate for election to a Trustee position may file an application with the association not earlier than sixty (60) days nor later than thirty (30) days prior (THURSDAY, APRIL 4, 2024) to the scheduled election date.

Two seats are open for election this year (positions two and four), each with a term of two years. The candidate receiving the highest number of votes, and second highest number of votes shall be elected.

Any property owner who pays into the Nassau Bay Homes Association, Inc. maintenance charge fund may vote with a maximum of one vote per property address.

The form can be turned in to the NBHA office at 1322 Space Park Dr., Ste. C-121,. Nassau Bay, TX 77058. Alternatively, you can email the application to NassauBayHomesAssociation@gmail.com.

A declaration may be amended only by a vote of 67 percent of the total votes allocated to property owners in the property owners’ association.

In observance of President’s Day, the NBHA office will be closed on Monday, February 19, 2024. Normal office hours will resume on Tuesday, February 20, 2024.
