The Nassau Bay Homes Association pool is located at 18250 Nassau Bay Drive, Nassau Bay, TX 77058. The pool is open year round and without lifeguards in the winter. The pool is open with lifeguards beginning Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day weekend. The hours are 2pm-8pm Tuesday-Sunday. The pool is always closed on Monday for cleaning.
In order to use the pool you must have a current pool pass. Pool passes are distributed yearly at the NBHA office beginning in April of each year. All adult members must have a signed liability waiver on file at the NBHA office.
Sunrise to noon is adult lap swim. You must have a current pool pass and signed liability waiver on file to participate in lap swim.
The pool opens for the summer swim season with lifeguards beginning Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend. To access the pool you must have a current pool pass. There is a $30 admin fee per property address to obtain passes. Please be informed that you must be current on your annual maintenance charge to receive a pool pass.
To obtain your 2023 pool pass please fill out the form below and the NBHA office will contact you to schedule a time to pick up your pass.

- Your online HOA account via PayHOA
- Venmo/Zelle (Please use NassauBayHomesAssociation@gmail for both Venmo and Zelle. The confirmation code for Venmo is 8999) Make sure to provide your address in the memo.
The liability waiver is available below. To save time in picking up your pass you are welcome to bring the waiver already signed and printed out when you come to get your pass.
Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a legal guardian at all times at the pool.
