NBHA’s New Year 2022 First Meeting
The NBHA’s New Year 2022 first meeting of the year was an example of the dedication and comradery it exudes. The January meeting was receiving a little push back due to a spike in the latest Covid variant, as well as various work schedules, family priorities, and extreme weather. But, we are determined to conduct business to keep our community moving forward. We want to continue to grow and the only way is to keep working.
Despite all adversity, we had attendance with a smile and a heart for progress. We’re sending out “we sincerely missed you” to all those not able to be with us.
Other than our monthly meetings, our various committees are continuously working behind the scenes with regularly scheduled meetings of their own. In fact, our monthly meetings are centered around the progress of each committee. The Architectural Control Committee is one of our most engaging groups due to the steady flow of architectural applications being submitted.
Over the next several months, you’ll get to see the progress that the other hardworking and dedicated committees have been volunteering their time towards. Stay tuned.

Happy Holidays
Although the Christmas season has not technically ended, we are a bit late in wishing everyone a Very Merry Christmas and Happy Holiday Season. It was a very busy time for all preparing for the upcoming celebrations with family and friends, as well as, continuing to keep our NBHA going strong. Thank you to all who attended our December meeting.
A special thank you to one of our very own small business sponsors who delighted us with their special hot coffee blend and tea. Thank you Ca Phe Phin (Cafe Phin)! And a special thank you to Jason Smith, husband to our very own Tracy Smith, who created the delicious treats/cookies! Not only were they scrumptious, they were made with love and thoughtfulness for those who wish to have gluten free lactose free yet all around delectableness! We feel honored to have such care taken to let our HOA members know they are special.
Our NBHA has a focus to keep current, organized, and ready to serve. Our very own Vice-President and Chair of IT, Peter Demarest, continues to train our office staff, committee members, and board of trustees.
As always, we love to share photos of those who attend and are open to having their photos posted. We find smiling faces are inviting and we hope you will want to come and be a part of some very enlightening and energetic discussion each month at our meetings.
And last, the NBHA would like to wish EVERYONE a VERY HAPPY NEW YEAR for 2022!!! We look forward to a promising new year for all!

We are thankful for all of the NBHA members, the City of Nassau Bay, our committee members, the NBHA board of trustees, all volunteers, and especially for our office staff–Kennadee and Tracy!
2022 Annual Assessment
The 2022 Nassau Bay Homes Association annual assessment has been mailed out to all NBHA residents. Payment can be made by:

- PayHOA- An activation link has been sent to your email. If you have not received an activation link and would like to sign up, please contact our office at 281-333-2570.
Please be informed that the annual assessment is due on or before January 1, 2022. Delinquent payments will be assessed late fees. If payment is not remitted by August 1, 2022, your account will be sent to collections. If you have any concerns or are in need of a payment plan, please contact our office so we can assist you.
