PayHOA Autopay Instructions
Part 1: Add bank account/credit card
- Login to PayHOA account
- Click the circle icon with a person in the top right corner
- Click My Account
- Select Wallet
- Select Add Bank Account or Add Credit Card depending on the method being added

- Bank Account- search for your bank, if found, click on it and type in the credentials. If not found click "can’t find you bank? Add it manually" and type in routing and account number. In 1-2 business days two micro-deposits will appear in your bank account. You will need to return to your wallet and verify the bank account by typing in those two deposit amounts.
- Credit card- Type in the credit card information and click save credit card. PayHOA does not accept American Express.
Part 2: Autopay setup
- Click the cirlce icon with a person in the top right corner
- Click My Account
- Select Autopay
- Toggle Enable Autopay on
- Agree to the terms and conditions by pressing next
- Select the method of payment (credit card or bank account)
- Type in a monthly maximum amount (this is what you authorize to be paid each month an invoice is present)
- Save autopay settings
